Williams Named MEAC Rookie of the Week
WASHINGTON, D.C. - Andra Williams has been named the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference Rookie of the Week for his performance in last Thursday's 14-7 loss at Morgan State.
A 5-8, 180-pound freshman from
Deland, FL, Williams rushed for a career-high 91 yards on 27
carries.
Williams, who currently leads the team in rushing, has come on
strong of late, having established career bests in each of the
Bison's last three games with efforts of 51, 71 and 91 yards.
