WASHINGTON, D.C. - This is a Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference game between the Spartans of Norfolk State University and the Bison of Howard University.  The Spartans (2-5 overall, 1-4 in the MEAC) are coming off a 17-13 loss to Florida A&M at home this past Saturday while the Bison (1-6 overall, 0-4 in the MEAC) dropped a 52-32 road decision to North Carolina A&T on Saturday.
