WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Department of Intercollegiate Athletics is now selling tickets for the New York Urban League Classic football game on Saturday, Sept. 25.  The Howard University Bison will take on the Morgan State University in the new Meadowlands Stadium in New Jersey.
