Pough Named to SBN All American Team
Keith Pough capped off what was outstanding season by being named to the 2011 Sheridan Broadcasting Network (SBN) Sports Black College All American (BCAA) team.
The 6-3, 235-pound red-shirt junior linebacker from Orangeburg, SC, who has been named to several post-season All American teams, finished among the nation's leaders in total tackles, tackles for losses and solo tackles for the second straight year. Pough led all Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) players in tackles for losses in 2010 and is on schedule to break all the school records, barring injury.
Pough and the other members of the 2011 All American team will be honored at the 38th Annual Awards Reception and during the Black College Hall of Fame Enshrinement ceremony, February 17-18 in Atlanta, GA.
Pough joins a list of outstanding former Bison who have been honored, including Antoine Bethea (Indianapolis Colts), Tracy White (New England Patriots), Jay "Sky" Walker, Ted White and Rudy Hardie.
