McGhee Named Rookie of the Week
For the fifth time this season Greg McGhee has been named Mid-Eastern Atlantic Conference Rookie of the Week. McGhee finished out the season second on the team in rushing yards with 388 yards and 4 touchdowns. The true freshman started 11 games and had an efficiency of 110.5 and passed for 13 touchdowns.
In the loss to DSU, the 6-3 195- pound native from Pennsylvania completed 20 of 26 passes for 168 yards and a touchdown. McGhee is on the Inaugural Jerry Rice award watch list for top freshman quarterback in the FCS.
