PEORIA, ILL. - Howard fell to Missouri State and Bradley at the 2008 Country Inn and Suites Classic on Oct. 3-4 in Peoria, Ill.

The Bison were downed 2-0 to Missouri State on Oct. 3. Lemuel Lyons, Ray Ekobena and Frederick Burgess each had two shots apiece in that decision.

Rotimi Iziduh had a team-high three shot attempts, including one on goal. Goalkeeper Adisa Bekoe picked up nine saves as Howard was outshot 24-13.

Against the Braves on Oct. 4, HU got two shot attempts from sophomore Jamil Devers.

Five different Bison took a shot against Bradley including Lyons, who had the only shot on goal for HU. Bekoe had six saves while Bradley keeper Drew Van Kampen stopped one shot.

Howard (0-11-1) returns to home on Wednesday with a matchup against VMI. Game time at Greene Stadium is slated for 7 pm.
