Men's Soccer Loses to Liberty
WASHINGTON, D.C. - Men's soccer dropped its home matchup to Liberty, 3-0, Friday night at Greene Stadium.
"We played a good game against Liberty," said Head Coach Michael Lawrence. "We didn't let them get any easy goals and stuck to our game plan."
Rotimi Iziduh and Guilherme Fonseca led the squad with four shot attempts each.
Keeper Adisa Bekoe picked up two saves in 90 minutes of action while Liberty keeper Paul Gilbert had a game-high eight saves.
Howard is off for a week before returning to action on Sat., Sept. 27 with a road contest at Manhattan.
