LORETTO, PA. - Kingsley McLeod scored the game winning goal in overtime to lift St. Francis (PA) past Howard, 1-0 in a non-conference matchup Tuesday afternoon in Loretto, Pa.
McLeod scored the goal at 98:02 on an assist from Andrew Pedigo and Daniel Moir.
Rotimi Iziduh, Guilherme Fonseca, Jamil Devers and Lemuel Lyons each took a shot attempt for Howard, who falls to 0-9-1 with the loss.
Bison keeper Adisa Bekoe had five saves.
Howard returns to action this weekend at the Country Inn & Suites Homecoming Classic, hosted by Bradley. HU faces Missouri State on Friday, Oct. 3 at 5 p.m. before wrapping up play on Saturday against BU at 7:30 p.m.
