Bison Fall to Liberty
LYNCHBURG, VA. - Howard dropped a 3-0 men's soccer decision to Liberty Tuesday evening in Lynchburg, Va. The loss ended a two-game win streak for HU.
The Bison were outshot 14-4 in the decision with reigning ASC Rookie of the Week Phillip Borde leading the way with two shots (one on goal).
Rodino Wright and Jamil Devers each added a shot apiece for Howard.
ASC Goalie of the Week Victor Thomas stopped seven shots in the loss.
Darren Amoo, Alex Verville and Timothy Bullock each scored for Liberty, which improved to 4-1-1 with the win.
Howard (2-5) returns home on Sunday for a matchup against St. Francis (PA).
