FIRST-HALF SCORING SURGE LEADS TO 6-0 HOWARD MEN’S SOCCER VICTORY

WASHINGTON, D.C. (www.howard-bison.com) - The Howard University men's soccer team notched a season-high five goals in the first half of action to seize a 6-0 victory of Goldey-Beacom on Saturday, Oct. 27 in Washington, D.C., at Greene Stadium.

Brian Monge and Mario Martin each tallied two goals apiece, while Raymond Kroma and Patrick Rose each scored a goal.

Overall, HU went for 16 shots and three corner kicks.

Goalkeeper Eric Hamilton notched six saves.

Howard has two contests remaining this season, the U.S. Naval Academy on Tuesday, Oct. 20 at Greene Stadium at 7:00 p.m. and New Jersey Institute of Technology on Nov. 10 7:00 p.m.
