ANNAPOLIS, MD. - The Bison netters dropped a 7-0 decision to Navy Saturday afternoon in Annapolis, Md.

Christopher Brown fell 6-1, 6-0 at the #1 spot while Neilabh Avasthi had a good outing at #2 but dropped a 6-1, 6-3 decision to John Waters. Armon Murray was downed 6-2, 6-2 to Owen Bullard and Chad Jones fell 6-1, 6-2 to the Mids' Joe Wiggins. Jarrad Smoke picked up a 6-1, 6-0 win over Amato Nocera at #5 and Navy won the #6 matchup by a walkover.

In doubles action, Brown and Murray fell 8-1 and Avasthi and Jones dropped an 8-4 decision at #2.

Howard will try to pick up a win this weekend when they head to William & Mary on Sunday, Feb. 10.
