Howard Falls to FAMU in Opening Round of MEAC Tournament
RALEIGH, N.C. - The Howard men's tennis team fell to Florida A&M (FAMU), 4-0 in the opening round of the MEAC Tennis Tournament Friday afternoon in Raleigh, N.C.
Neilahb Avasthi wrapped his senior campaign with a 6-1, 3-1 loss to Clifford Malivert at No. 2 singles. Armon Murray fell 6-0, 5-1 to Simbarashee Happy at No. 3 singles while Chad Jones and Amato Nocera each fell 6-0, 6-2 in their matchups.
