George Mason Defeats Howard 5-2
FAIRFAX, VA. - Despite singles victories from Omar Haloui and George Diggs, Howard dropped a 5-2 decision to George Mason on Wednesday at the RAC tennis courts.
Omar Haloui defeated Kevin McMillan 7-6, 6-1 at No. s singles and George Diggs beat Sam Koster 6-2, 6-1 at No. 5 singles.
Haloui and Devard Wharton also provided the Bison with a 8-3 win at No. 1 doubles, but Mason took the final two doubles spots for the point
Howard (1-7, 1-0 MEAC) travels to Princess Anne, Md. on Friday for MEAC matchup against Maryland Eastern Shore.
