McNary, Dubose Named To All-East Team

Lauren McNary and Jacoby Dubose have been named to the 2006 NCAA Division 1 All-East Regional team by the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.

            McNary, a sophomore from Tarpon Springs, FL had an outstanding indoor and outdoor season.  She finished second in the 400 meter run in the MEAC Indoor championships with a time of 54.36.  McNary captured the MEAC Outdoor championship with a career-best of 52.91 and in the process qualified for the NCAA Outdoor championships for the second straight year.

            Dubose, a senior from Darlington, SC posted a time of 13.74 in the 110 hurdles at the NCAA East Regionals and thus qualified for the NCAA Outdoor championships for the first time.
