  McNary and DuBose to Compete in the 2006 NCAA Outdoor Track Championships

Sophomore Lauren McNary and Senior Jacoby DuBose will compete in the 2006 NCAA Outdoor Track Championships to be held June 7-10 in Sacramento, CA.

McNary, who will be competing in her second straight outdoor championship, is currently ranked seventh in the East Region and 24^th overall in the 400 meter dash.  McNary finished fourth in the East Regional Championship with a time of 53.25 and is entering the NCAA outdoor championships with a season best 52.91.

This is DuBose first time competing in the outdoor championship in the 110 meter hurdles.  DuBose, who is currently seventh in the East Region and 22^nd overall in the NCAA, finished fifth in the East Regional Championship with a season best time of 13.74.

This season marks the fourth straight year that Howard has had a participant in the NCAA Outdoor Track Championships.
