STATE COLLEGE, PA. - The men's 4x400m relay team placed 12th and the women's 4x400m relay took 13th highlighting the performances of the Howard track teams at the Penn State National Open on Jan. 26-27 in State College, Pa.

The 4x400 men's team of Kimery Williams, Richard Williams, Daniel Kinney and Brandon Carter finished in 3:19.42 while the women's team (Latayvia Jackson, Landria Buckley, Ashley Hodges, Brittany Stephens) crossed the line in 3:56.88.

Ashley Hodges had a good performance in the 800m run after taking 10th in 2:12.02 and Stephen Small-Warner jumped 6.16m (20-02.50) in the men's long jump.

The Bison will return to action on February 2 at the Black Colleges Track Classic in Landover, Md.
