Prior to Howard: Berry was a standout athlete at three different high schools....A As a freshman, she was named to the 1^st Team All-Conference and team Most Valuable Player at Chaparall High School.  ...  In her sophomore season, she transferred to North Shore High School where she was a 2^nd Team All-Conference....  In her junior and senior years at Nicolet High School she was a 1^st Team All-Conference member, Most Valuable Player and 2^nd Team All-Conference member respectively.
