LEWISBURG, PA. - Shannon Carlisle and Asha Santee combined for 49 points but it was not enough as Howard fell to Bucknell, 89-79 in a non-conference decision at Sojka Pavilion.

Carlisle had her highest point total of the season on 8-22 shooting. The senior also added eight assists, six steals and six rebounds. Santee tied her career-high and shot 40% from 3-point range (4-for-10).

Freshman Zykia Brown chipped in 12 points off the bench and Charae Baulkman pulled down a team-high nine rebounds.

Bucknell had five players in double-figure scoring as Hope Foster, Lauren Schober and Taylor Phillips each finished with 17. Kristina Collymore added 14 points and 11 assists while Kesha Champion had 16 points.

Howard (0-7) will take a break before returning to action Dec. 1-2 at the Brown Bear Basketball Classic in Providence, R.I.
