WEST LONG BRANCH, N.J. - Senior center Tamaya Daniels pulled down a double-double, 13 points and 11 rebounds, in a 46-28 road loss to Monmouth Monday night at Boylan Gym.
The double-double was the second of the year for Daniels, who paced the Bison with game-highs against the Hawks.
Zykia Brown chipped in three assists and three steals while Morgan Neal added a game-high four steals.
Alexis Canady had 12 points for Momnouth (5-6). Jennifer Bender added 10 and Alexis Scott contributed 11 rebounds.
Howard (0-10) trailed by one at the break but the Hawks jumped out to a 10-2 run in the second half.
The Bison return to action on Friday with a matchup against Colgate at 2pm in Burr Gym.
