WASHINGTON, D.C. - Forward Saadia Doyle (Atlanta, Ga./Columbia H.S.) was named the MEAC Rookie of the Week for the fourth time this season, the league announced today.

Doyle averaged 16 points and eight rebounds in two conference wins for the Lady Bison last week. Against Florida A&M she recorded her 11th double-double of the season with 23 points and 12 rebounds. For the week, Doyle shot 52-percent from the floor and added two assists, one block and four steals in the victories.

Doyle and the rest of the Lady Bison host Bethune-Cookman on Monday before traveling to Maryland Eastern Shore on Saturday, Jan. 30.
