NORFOLK, VA - Cheyenne Curley-Payne was named MEAC Defensive Player of the Week announced by the conference office.

Curley-Payne totaled 19 rebounds and seven steals in two games for the Lady Bison. She recorded her first career double-double with 11 points and 12 rebounds in the 59-25 win over South Carolina St. The sophomore guard has totaled 54 steals on the year.
