Saadia Doyle Named HSRN National Fan Poll Player of the Year

Hartly, DE – Saadia Doyle has been voted the HSRN National Fan Poll Player of the Year for her outstanding performance in the 2010-11 season.

Doyle averaged 18.2 points and 8.9 rebounds leading the Lady Bison to a 9-6 conference record and a 13-16 overall mark.  The MEAC Player of the Year reached the 1,000 point mark against Maryland Eastern Shore on February 26 to become the second player in Howard history to score 1,000 points in only two years of competition.

HSRN developed the fan poll to get all HBCU alumni, students and fans involved with the national process and to also give everyone a chance to consistently keep up with the individual performances around the country.  This web site and our broadcasts are designed to keep you abreast of all action around HBCU athletic competition.
