NORFOLK, VA - Saadia Doyle has been named MEAC Player of the Week after a standout performance against Wake Forest that resulted in a 63-59 victory.

Doyle scored 28 points, pulled down seven rebounds along with one block and one steal in the win over the Deacs. The Atlanta, Ga. native hit 53-percent from the floor (10-of-19) and 89-percent from the free-throw line (8-of-9) while playing in all 43 minutes of action.
