PERRY HALL, MD. - After nearly a month off, the Howard bowling team resumed action at the Morgan State Collegiate Classic Feb. 20-21 in Perry Hall, Md.
Freshman Jordane Frazier led HU with an 821 pinfall in team match play. Jasmine Hardesty totaled 736 pins and Brianna Uzzell added 766 pins.
Elizabeth Sanders posted a high of 178 against the host Bears, the top performance for the Bison in the tournament.
Alesyn McCall (395 pins, three games) and Taneeka Hanna (244 pins, two games) also saw action for HU.
Howard defeated North Carolina A&T 757-730 in individual head-to-head play and finished 0-4 in baker action.
Howard (25-62, 7-23 MEAC) wraps up its season at the Capital Classic on Feb. 27-28 in Dover, Del.
