HOWARD BOWLING FINISHES 6-4 DURING MEAC EVENT
PRINCESS ANNE, MD. (www.howard-bison.com) – In their first Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference even of the season, the Howard University women's bowling team went 6-2 against MEAC North teams on Nov. 10-11. The conference event was hosted by Maryland Eastern Shore.
Howard went up against MEAC opponents Morgan State, Coppin State, Hampton, Delaware State, and Maryland Eastern Shore.
On Saturday, Nov. 10 during team play, the Bison defeated Coppin State 796-611, Morgan State 791-703 and Delaware State 872-865. Jordan Frazier guided the pinfall effort with a total pinfall of 874 and a game-high 201.
During baker's play on Sunday, Nov. 11, the mighty blue and white once again defeated MSU (758-568), CSU (691-579) and DSU (744-658).
The herd returns to the lanes on Friday, Nov. 16 for the Hawk Classic in Millsboro, Del., on the Millsboro Lanes.
