Lady Bison Fall in Conference Action
WASHINGTON, D.C. - Howard was defeated by Jacksonville, 20-5 in a National Lacrosse Conference matchup Saturday afternoon at the Ashley Sports Complex.
The Lady Bison saw multi-goal games from junior Desiree Cox (2) and sophomore Chasity Dailey (2) while keeper Amber Meeks recorded nine saves.
Freshman Imani Rodman also recorded a goal.
Cassie Campasano and Jocelyn Jamison paced Jacksonville with four goals apiece.
Howard (1-9, 0-4 NLC) hosts conference foe Longwood in a senior day contest on Thursday at 4 pm.
