FARMVILLE, VA. - Junior Desiree Cox was named to the National Lacrosse Conference (NLC) All-Tournament Team, the league announced on Monday.

Cox, the league's Attacker of the Year and a first-team All-NLC selection, scored a game-high seven goals in HU's win over Liberty.

The Tennessee native was a key member of the Bison offense and helped Howard advance to the fifth-place match versus Presbyterian.

Cox totaled 12 points, 11 goals and two ground balls during action at the NLC Tournament.
