Howard Drops OT Decision To Mt. Saint Mary’s Washington, DC, Sept. 25—Kim Henry scored with 1:19 left in the first overtime to lift Mount Saint Mary’s to a 2-1 win over Howard University in a women’s non-conference game at Greene Stadium. The Mount (4-4-1) had taken an early lead on a goal by Regan Colleen in the 58th minute. But the Lady Bison (1-7-1), who are 1-1-1 in their last three outings, tied the score at 1-1 on a goal by Erica Jackson in the 79th minute. Howard was playing its second straight overtime game and appeared poise to send the game into another extra period before Henry’s, which came on an assist from Kelli Devine. Howard got a fine effort from Brittney Miner and Obioma Ogbuawa, who each recorded three shots. The Lady Bison travel to Baltimore, MD to take on University of Baltimore County on Thursday at 7 p.m.
