Bison Fall to Cross Town Rival in Women's Soccer Action
WASHINGTON, D.C. - Howard dropped a 4-0 decision to cross-town rival George Washington on Sunday afternoon at Mount Vernon field.
Rachael Lee and Natalie Williston each took two shots apiece for the Bison. Keeper Jessamyn Perkins stopped 11 shots in 90 minutes of action.
GW got two goals from Meg Pyle. Keara Mehlert and Misa Eiritz added one goal each.
Howard (1-6) returns to action on Sept. 16 with a non-conference road matchup at George Mason. Game time is slated for 7 pm.
