LEXINGTON, VA. - VMI took down Howard, 3-0 in a women's soccer decision Tuesday afternoon in Lexington, Va. It was the third game in five days for the Lady Bison, who fell to 0-4 with the loss.
Jordan Brown led the Bison in shot attempts with four (two on goal). Rachael Lee, Cynthia Snyder and Cheyra Bell each took three shots each while Retha Koefoed added a pair of shot attempts.
Howard keeper Chanel Bell stopped five shots while VMI keeper had six saves in a winning effort.
HU returns to action on Sunday with a matchup against George Washington. Game time against the Colonials is slated for 1pm at Greene Stadium.
