HOWARD WOMEN’S SOCCER TAKES ON GEORGE WASHINGTON

WASHINGTON, D.C. (www.howard-bison.com) – The Howard University women's soccer remains in the district to face George Washington on Friday, Sept. 21 in Washington, D.C., kick-off is slated for 4:00 p.m.

WASHINGTON, D.C. (www.howard-bison.com) – In spite of Howard University's Owyn Manson tying the Friday night contest during the second-half of play, the American women's soccer program pushed pass the Lady Bison 2-1 on Friday, Sept. 14 in Washington, D.C., on the American campus.

For her first goal of the season, Manson broke away down the left side of the field to score a goal. In the contest, Mason notched three goal attempts

As a unit, the Lady Bison tallied four shot attempts and gathered one corner kick.

HU closes out the month with George Washington on Friday, Sept. 21 at 4:00 p.m. and concludes with a 7:00 p.m. home contest against the Naval Academy on Monday, Sept. 4.
