WASHINGTON, D.C. (www.howard-bison.com) – During the Howard University women's soccer contest against the Naval Academy on Monday, Sept. 24 at Greene Stadium on the Howard campus, HU underwent a 3-0 loss.
With 28 shots by period, the Navy turned 14 shots-on-goal to three goals in the first-half of play.
Sophomore goalkeeper Kyra Dickinson tallied 11 saves, while senior Retha Koeford went for three shot attempts.
HU will take eight days of rest and practice before taking on Mary Washington on Tuesday, Oct. 2 in Fredericksburg, Va., at 4:00 p.m.
