VIRGINIA BEACH, VA.  - Howard earned the number two seed in the women's northern division in the upcoming Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Tennis Championship.

Howard (3-2) won the tiebreaker over Delaware State and Morgan State in the northern division to earn the number two seed. The men's squad enters this weekend's championship as the number four seed in the north at 2-3.

The championship begins at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, April 18 at the Millbrook Tennis Center in Raleigh, North Carolina.
