HOWARD WOMEN’S TENNIS PREDICTED TO CLINCH MEAC CROWN

WASHINGTON, D.C. (www.howard-bison.com) – January 10 – Based on votes from Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference head coaches and sports information directors, the Howard women's tennis team is predicted to win the 2013 conference title as well as the Northern Division title on Wednesday, Jan. 9. 

Howard finished 3-2 in MEAC play and 7-6 overall last season. The Lady Bison will compete for their fifth MEAC title and first since the 1995 season. 

On the men's side, HU is predicted to finish third behind No. 1 Morgan State and No. 2 Hampton.
