Lady Bison Record a .380 Kill Percentage in 3-0 Sweep Over Coppin St.
BALTIMORE, MD – The Howard volleyball team recorded a .380 kill percentage in its 3-0 win over Coppin State on Sun. Oct. 24. Howard dominated Coppin 25-16, 25-18, 25-20. With the win, the Lady Bison complete their season sweep over the Eagles. HU improves to 2-3 in conference play, while Coppin falls to 0-6 in the MEAC.
Tosin Elebute and Gazelle d'Artois led the offense and defense. Elebute finished with 13 kills and seven digs, while d'Artois had 10 kills and seven digs. Taylor Johnson finished with six kills for a .455 hitting percentage and three blocks assisted. Keri Partridge chipped in with five kills.
HU is back in action on Oct. 29 at Morgan State. First serve is set for 7 p.m.
