VOLLEYBALL BLOG WEEK 6: DESTINEE HARRISON
It is yours truly, bringing you the inside scoop on the Lady Bison. Where to start, where to start. This week was our bye week so the ladies rallied together to get out as much energy as we could into server receive drills and some intense defensive footwork. We have been doing a lot of competition drills amongst the team and you can surely see the intensity and concentration in everyone’s eyes. Every now and then we might be fortunate enough to have Coach K step in a drill and get to hound him for EVERY error, the way he hounds us. No games this week, meant pushing our bodies to the limit and putting our brains to use.

Our main focus that we worked on was blocking drills, team defense, and serving. As the week went on we knew we had the William & Mary tournament coming up, and our first game we were going to be facing Howard University’s #1 rival Hampton.
