WILLIAMSBURG, VA. - Howard took the field at the Colonial Inter-Regional Challenge, hosted by William and Mary, this past Saturday in Williamsburg, Va.

Senior Thuman Sanders was the top finisher for the Bison on the men's side. He crossed the line in 27:25.8, while Richard Williams finished in 29:11.2.

Michael Gallion clocked in at 29:30.0 while Hamadi Price (30:11.9), Maurice Dukes (30:46.2) and Lavernon Spivey (30:54.8) also competed for Howard.

Ashley Hodges was the top women's finisher for HU in the 6K run, crossing the line in 23:39.3. Jami Hardy finished in 26:43.4 while Brittany Jackson (27:37.6), Tamila Myles (28:23.6) and Lauren McNary (29:44.7) all took the course for the Lady Bison.

Howard is back in action this weekend at the Mason Invitational in Centreville, Va.
