The Howard University cross country teams commenced the 2012 season with success as the men’s squad topped the Delaware State event with a first place finish and the women’s squad came in third.

Bison Men Finish Third; Giovani, Harrison and Rono Named All MEAC
Princess Anne, MD—October 29--Mowatt Giovani, Aaron Harrison and Elly Rono were all named to the 2011 All MEAC Cross Country team after their combined efforts helped Howard capture third place in the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference cross country championship this past Saturday at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. The Bison finished with 76 points to finish behind second place Florida A&M (54), and 2011 champion, Norfolk State (30). It was Howard’s highest finish since 2007 when it also finished third.
